These are the most potent ideas that led me to able to finally be able to perform the songs with insanely fast solos that I dreamt about playing!
I wouldn't spend all of my practice time thinking about only one at a time. Use each one of them during a portion of your practice. Time stamps:
0:00 Intro
2:24 Don't play the whole phrase every time
5:59 Practice Fretting and picking separately
7:29 Learn to avoid tension buildup
8:59 Make sure you aren't holding your breath
11:44 Exaggerating the difficulty
13:55 Interval training
16:06 Keep a record of your top speeds for your each of your licks
18:20 Coconut oil
22:44 Inside picking insight
25:21 Tell yourself in English what you must do
28:54 The correct way to practice position shifts
31:35 Picking: Create as little space across the strings as possible
35:01 How to bridge the gap between moderate and fast speeds
42:21 Actively integrating different methods
46:20 Rotating your focus
49:06 Optimizing a single practice session
51:20 Optimizing multiple practice sessions in a day
56:00 Practicing expression in your playing
59:14 In conclusion....

These ideas go above and beyond the basic technique videos, which the internet is saturated with. This video takes those simple technique ideas (hold the pick this way, hold the guitar this way, fret the notes this way, etc) and gives you advanced ways to make more progress in less time. Much of this content I learned from, but is not limited to Mike Philipov and Tom Hess and their methods. If you have not heard of them, they have a long track record of teaching guitarists and training guitar teachers. I have taken lessons from them and highly recommend Mike's course: "Rapid Fire Guitar Practice" (I get no compensation from him) Many of their students have become advanced shredders, but not necessarily ALL of their students want to shred. Anyway, enjoy, and ask questions!

I tried to add this to my watch later list on youtube but you listed the video as content for children so that's impossible.
Saved it in my bookmarks anyway, I'll watch it soon

For some reason I just saw this... I was unaware of that at the time. But it is fixed now!
