I feel like I've heard this song before.. or a similar melody. In a TV show called Californiacation. The daughter plays a ton of songs on guitar and in bands and I swear I hear this melody in one of those songs. Very eerily similar. Let me see if I can find the song.

Eh...kinda. playing them one after another theres differences but the way she handles her voice. I hear some similarities there in the song you played.
