My picking hand speed isn't honestly that perfect but i'm a picker from the arm, i tried picking from the wrist a lot but never worked for me. Try tremolo picking and see what picking technique suits you the most, then practice it.

My Vibratos are also not that good, but it came from playing Gary Moore's stuff since he is imo the best at vibratos.
