Excellent work ! I know when I was starting out chord changes killed me. I would sit on the sofa and just practice with my fretting hand transitioning from one chord to another to get that muscle memory in sometimes and then get add in the strumming. Idk if that would help you or not, but it helped me because it felt like I only had to concentrate on the one thing.
