Most popular riff

Been so busy with work and final exams so only had time to record a minijam on my phone lol! Its a simple riff but I like how ominous it sounds. I'm also using my custom abomination of a pedal. I call it the "Doomsday Machine" and I made using an old broken ibanez ts7 and a broken ibanez fz5. The riff uses tritones and minor scales that were covered in I believe lesson 103 or 105 with the harmonic/melodic minor and part of it might have been pentatonic! I promise I won't mod a dam thing if I win this pedal!!!! 👾

  • SOOOOO I saw an amazing deal for a Schecter Silver Mountain w sustainiac on Guitar Centers website, I had to jump on it so I sold my Hellraiser FR-S to cover it aaaaaand I called Guitar Center today to ask when it'd be shipping out and they told me the picture was wrong and they didn't have the pictured guitar anymore..... AAAND the transaction charged me twice which overdrafted my account and now I got overdraft fees......

I just wanted an ebony fretboard maaaan aaaaaaaaaaaaaw39f8h4pwoifnapkvnap39fuapvoi4nap4co4n;kwlnv4pwoigwa4[

I'd force them to pay due to false advertisement. This isn't good publicity for then.

Technically it's not false advertisement since I didn't receive anything from them yet, but yeah I'm trying. theyre supposed to call me back

They left the add up. You should get a full refund PLUS the overdraft and if it was me I'd be asking for strings or a set up for free to make up fornit. Make you customer feel like they didn't waste their time.
Added 2 coil splits, series/parallel switching, AND phase switching! Let me know if anyone needs work done so I can get some extra cash in the Dark Night savings jar!

like some matching yellow, I got a few cool lights too, not sure what to do with them yet, I'm so busy doing nothing
    tamagotchigraveyard
if they're the 1NO1NC type, you can do whatevs with em. I got a toggle switch with an LED I wanna test out and then get three of em for independent strat switches

never heard of it. looks cool for a show in the dark, I saw a video one time this guy used glow in the dark strings. the lights I got need a USB plug in, they look like really strong Christmas lights and can change the patterns. I might put them on safety goggles
I found a awesome PJ squire bass for $75 so had to jump on it, im eventually going to make it a X-men theme

before after (actually managed to do the black sparkle color pretty close for pickup cover so itd match the body)

I bought a solder machine and I ruined the point on the first use. I read the manual it said not to touch the tip with the tin, it also said to coat the tip with tin. It said to not to directly heat the tin, I tried to to heat the wires up and touch it with the tin and it didn't melt. I did both things the manual told me not to do, do I need a new machine now? Or can I change the tip? The manual said not to file it, I don't have one. There's tin on the tip now though, thanks in advance!

@William Byerley sry just seeing this. Somethings off here though, what soldering iron did ya buy? I used the cheapest amazon one for a while with no issue and a point shouldnt get ruined that quick. by tin I assume ya mean the solder, and honestly...yeah youre supposed to solder by going [soldering iron tip]-[thing you're soldering]-[solder] but many people just put solder on the tip to kind of get things rolling
Making my brother a Sonic guitar for Christmas! Im kinda stuck on getting the damn lacquer smooth and glossy tho

Wanted to share my latest project with you badass beautiful people! :rock-hand: I'm trying to get a little pedal mod/custom pedal/guitar mod type business going to help pay for school, so please hit me up if any of y'all could offer any advice about custom circuit designs!

Custom Dual LED Independent switch mod!
    tamagotchigraveyard
Oh yeah of course haha. The switches are for each pickup so you can do any combination you want! Its pretty sweet
    tamagotchigraveyard
William, I don't see why not! I think you could just wire a chorus circuit to a SPDT switch on the side of the wah? I just started all this about a month ago and really just tinker as a hobby since COVID fucked up my microbiology projects >.<
