It surely has been a long time

The cool thing is you have different cab settings which helps you not lose the feeling of playing on am actual amp. For example if I turn my head the sound moves to the side that would closer to the amp.

It surely has been a long time

I played with it a little bit. As far as being connected to the guitar there isn't a delay. When I connect it to my interface there is a slight delay.

It surely has been a long time

The low side is longer than the high side. I suppose you could have a multiscale without fanned frets

It surely has been a long time

Hello everyone. I know it has been a while since I have been online. My daughter was born Sept 18th so it's been a busy couple of months. I do have some good news though. I am going to start playing again in my free time. I ordered some new headphones so I can play quietly lol. Also I have a...

A few of the big things holding me back

I am struggling to learn a Devil Wears Prada song currently. As soon as it gets stressful I put the guitar down. I barely started learning it last night and I caught myself getting frustrated. I'll continue to work on it today after work.

A few of the big things holding me back

So I know nothing about theory or scales. Hell I can barely do chords. But I found out that the odd number frets down around the 9-15 area usually go together pretty well. Like I'm not trying to impress anybody, I'm just playing songs that I enjoy listening to. I use my guitar to decompress from...

    Guitars

Since you're trying to save up for a Syn Custom, why not go a different route with a similar effect? A whammy pedal will do the same thing as a whammy bar. They also cost less than $500 and that way you can kickstart your Syn savings...

A few of the big things holding me back

So I used to be hard on myself and how I play. I have a really hard time remembering things so I always play with tabs. I can learn a song and play it multiple times but the next day I have no idea. I ultimately took a break for anything guitar related for a few months. When I came back to it I...

    Starting bits.

You will also need a 9V battery. The syn you picked out has active pickups. A bass bag would be too big for a guitar. Just look for a gig bag with a decent amount of pockets so you can put all your stuff in it on the go. I would also recommend a variety bag of dunlop picks. That way you can find...

    Starting bits.

Strings are a personal preference. I always put thicker strings on my guitars. some people put lighter strings.

So I purchased another guitar today lol Now I have 3. One of the guitars I don't play at all. It was given to my by the band Issues and it's autographed and everything. The one I have been play is the Schecter Omen. The new guitar is a LTD EC-10 with upgraded pickups from a LTD EC-256. Plays...

    Starting gear?

I started out on the fender squire combo way back in the day. Then I restarted with an epiphone sg and a fender mustang amp. I currently own a Schecter Omen, Ltd 401, and a Ltd 10 and a marshall code 50

    Starting gear?

You still can rent guitars. They usually have them at music schools
