I've been playing guitar properly for 1 year now however I began taking lessons 3 years ago. In school I never learnt much as I was never given the opportunity to progress with my playing because another guitarist was able to perform better than me at the time. Since joining College I've gone from performing simple open chords song to using various techniques over multiple genres and able to perform intermediate improvised solos.

I mostly listen to heavy metal with bands like Avenged Sevenfold, Judas Priest, Slayer and Sabaton making up most of what I listen too, I am also heavily into Classic Blues artists like B.B King, Little Richard and Chuck Berry. I am heavily inspired musically by A7X as well as Nirvana, Judas Priest and My Chemical Romance.
