Does anyone have any recommendations for any lower priced 7 string guitars been on and off with the idea for a few months now any suggestions would be appreciated.
You can get an Ibanez RG series for around $500. My husband had one for awhile and it was a good guitar for the price point. If you’re wanting even lower in price they do make some 7 string Gio’s.

I've always had a preference for Ibanez, and I do believe they were first to mass-market a 7 string (the Universe in the 90s), but Schecter also makes a quality 7 string (Diamond Series Omen) for under $500US, as well.

I have seen a nice Jackson that is around £300 that seems to be getting lots of praise which I am swaying towards more because I don't know if my tiny ass fingers are gonna be able to fit round the fretboard so gonna go cheap for sure
I wound up not liking a 7, partly for that reason, and it’s also why I chose a fairly cheap one. I did sell it after some years of really not getting along with it.
