I’m debating between getting a set of syn pickups and a new guitar. Would the sound of the pickups make enough of a difference in the sound of my guitar to justify saving the money and not getting a Syn standard? Thanks y’all

biggest change in sound you can do in a guitar is the pickups

unless your current guitar doesn't feel great to play and you tried the syn standard which is great to play then get a new guitar

how you play also greatly affects the sound (which is supported by a great playing guitar)

only you can decide that

also a guitar you can return if you don't like it after a while, pickups installation are usually non-refundable after installation

Yeah I already play a schecter that I love. And I know the pickups would really change my sound quality, just wasn’t sure how much. Thanks i appreciate it!
