@Lindsey On very busy days, ten minutes is a perfect goal! (I do overkill though because it makes me feel more productive and happy and then if I miss a day because I’m sick or etc, then I don’t feel as bad)

I don’t look at the time when I practice (if I ever do, it’s been a while. Shame on me.) but I always go on for longer than planned because I also get that feeling.
