Hey Leon, welcome! I get what you are saying because I definitely experience the same frustrations where you know what you want/need to play but your hands just aren't cooperating. The only thing I can say is: practice and you'll see improvement. This (sadly) isn't something you get good at overnight. If it was easy everybody would be doing it
