Aw man, that sucks! Hoping things go well and you get an answer soon!! Originally I was gonna try get a refund for mine until the guy got back to me and straight up refused, despite there being a clear fault (As we now know for certain from repair). So we took the plunge to see if it could be fixed. Costed a fair bit, but worth it. Now just gotta get used to muting strings lol
I am still waiting, my guitar I sent to Thomann was damaged during transport so now I am trying to get a refund. But that takes time cuz the guitar first has to go back to the post, then to Thomann and then I will probably get an answer.
