    Fun Rhythm Songs?

Anything from Metallica’s Load and reload albums. Idc what anyone says, those songs are groovy as fuck and not too hard to play at all. King Nothing and fuel are two of my favorites. Stranger in a strange land is fun as fuck, and a little bit of a challenge, the trooper, hell any iron maiden...

    A small doubt

Id get a new guitar. It would feel better, and sound better while motivating you to play it more often.

    What are you working on?

Almost no one has except my animals and a select few people😂 but they say a singer is just someone with enough confidence to do it right?🤣

    What are you working on?

Kind of got a few irons in the fire, Stranger in a strange land, Fade to Black, and working on a vocal cover of No Leaf Clover (also metallica) with guitars. Trying to keep myself occupied due to some recent events😅

my rhythm sucks what can i do

Quit treating it like practice and just enjoy it. Just jam with the song. Playing with a song, or backing track is extremely beneficial in that it gives you more of a sense of feel and time. Yeah a metronome is good for techniques, but to practice actually playing songs you gotta just play with...

What are you currently listening to?

One of my absolute favorite metallica songs off their first album, Covered by one of their heroes, diamond head! Also if you’ve ever heard metallica’s “am i evil?” Its actually a cover of diamond heads song of the same name, and was recorded and played live during metallica’s earliest days!

    Help me

Everyone else pretty much nailed it haha. Ill add extra emphasis on the beginning lessons though. Ive been playing for 8-9 years and there’s things in there that helped me better my technique and showed some bad habits and helped me correct them! Also, dont just practice sitting down, practice...

That solo’s a beast dude, not many people attempt it! Sounded killer, the only thing ill say is there was couple parts where you got off the tempo and went a little too fast but recovered right away, so just relax and try not to get ahead of yourself! Nice work man!

Solid rhythm playing! 🤘🤘 and i couldnt help but notice the Alestorm poster on your wall, i fucking love Pirate metal😂 nice work Kat! You’ve gotta try some lead/solos, i think youd do great at it since you have a great sense of time!

How long have you been playing?

Damn you had some shitty teachers! Good thing you got away from them!
  15. Jesse Salmons

How long have you been playing?

Been playing for 9 years, about half of those years were spent just learning riffs, bits and pieces of solos. When i started gaining confidence and getting really comfortable and finding my way of doing things, i started learning full songs, harder solos, and eventually my own songs. Guitar is...

Seize the Day Ending/Bat country "Sweep"

Watch lesson 82 on sweep picking, it looks incredibly similar to the technique shown there. I could be wrong!

    Burned out

What the other guys said man, just slow your roll a bit. Now idk shit about how you practice, but something to consider doing if youre losing the passion for it, is just jam man. Forget “perfect technique”, forget “intervals and chords and keys and scales and theory” and just play. You started...

Seize the Day Ending/Bat country "Sweep"

Im 99% its alternate picked on bat country, i remember seeing so many tutorials for it and its kinda the same as beast and the harlot, whereas in the chorus he doesnt sweep the arpeggios he alt picks them. But in bat country’s case, it involves some string skipping so that would constitute alt...
