    Damn is good to be back, since leaving the school for a short while to focus on college I have came up with a cool run but the downside is thst at full speed it id pretty fast and kind of sloppy, I have tried playing to a metronome but I cant find the right BPM. Does anyone know any methods?

    Thanks guys, I am just playing however feels comfortable and eventually it will stick, my playing has been centred around economy picking to allow for additional speed and comfort when moving between strings.

    I think what has happened is that my upstrokes have become a lot stronger and they are changing how I play, for example, If I were to start playing on a new string I tend to start with a downstroke but now it is a much bigger mix.
