    I actually compared my hand size to his based on his relative to his guitar (I have the same guitar). They are almost identical except I think his fingers are slightly thicker, his outer knuckles are a little wider and his pinkys are shorter lol

    Sounds good so far, Alternate picking is tough my guy, just keep working at it. For speed try doing small bursts of like 6 to 12 notes as fast as you can (accurately) rather than going through the entire scale every time. It's what helps me get more speed.

    That isn't a bad measurement imo and considering my difference between the 2 measurments is 1.5 inches I bet if you work on stretching you could get your Index/pinky distance to 7.5-7.75" (:

    I just had to share that I bought a dark earth satin burst synyster custom S with a case on ebay for $800 including shipping (normally would come out to $1500). I saw it within an hour of it being posted. Its brand new too.
