    Not sure about the tones overall, but I think the harmonics on cosmic may be coming from the sustainiac with some heavy delay.

    The distorted guitars sounded too good to be utilized so little. But, it's their music, and still impressive as hell. I don't think I'll be jammin the gospel sounding piano anytime soon. The heavy sections are resonating with me though.

    I just recalled, I did have to have a syn gates bridge pickup exchanged for being microphonic too. So, I'm kind of addressing separate issues. If it's microphonic, it's probably the bridge pickup as it's set it wax. And repouring the wax can solve this. Reproduce the sound and touch the...

    I have this issue with mine as well. In live, high gain situations. Adding a noise gate and getting far away from your speaker will help. You can also open the back of the guitar and dial back the volume and gain for the sustainiac pickup. But it will weaken the tone.

    Man, I want to listen to Exist more but that monologue started to feel like a damned lecture every playthrough. Is there a version anywhere without it? The Stage is still my favorite track off of the album. The intro and that main guitar riff is just too good.

    Ah, I gotcha. Lol. Three full steps sound like a pretty good pitch shift. I guess you should be able to whammy until the string or neck breaks 💀 I don't think I go much more that 2 steps since I had a string pop out of the saddle and I'm gun shy now.

    It's might affect the brightness of notes if they're the ones your playing, but if not I wouldn't worry too much. My picking hand makes quite a bit of contact with the strings and guitar while I play. I'm not sure if it's a hinderance. Is there a way you feel it's affecting your playing?

    I'm sort of confused at the issue. Your thumb drags the string as you pick? Like if you were doing a pinch harmonic? Or are you worried about anchoring your picking hand against the guitar?

    New Synyster Gates Guitar manufacture trouble

    Man, that might bother me, if I couldn't level the pickup mount. Its just really noticeable over the pin stripes. Being as it's such a nice guitar to look at and a mid range price, I'd probably have it exchanged or just make sure they paid a discount for it having a couple of cosmetic defects.
