    I agree with everone elsd practice makes perfect. Start slow with a metronome and keep building speed. Make surr you can keep going id say at least five time with thr current speed then move up

    Tapping: pushing downwards or pulling upwards?

    I never tried multiple fingers but i tap with my middle finger so i can still hold the pick and jump tight back to it. Id say tap downwards since its juat like doing a hammer/pull off where you usually tap downwards.

    feeling like I'm not good at guitar

    Hey man i feel you. Ive been playing for 5 years and some days i feel like i just suck. Take some time and relax a little, take a break from guitar just think to yourself you are good. Thats what i do and when i come back i have a sense of feeling great avout just keeping it up.
