    strings slip of the fretboard when bent

    hello guys, i have the synyster custom s guitar and its awesome. but i have one problem with it! when i bend or vibrate the high e/low E string they tend to slip of the neck. it happened after i took the guitar for the first setapp. do you guys know the problem? and most importantly how to fix it?
