    I think i have a problem with my account or maybe a bug?

    I had problems logging in at first, then realised it was only an issue on my laptop, no problem on my phone or tablet. That was the clue and I eventually found that when I’m on my laptop I can only login via Google Chrome. If I try it with Explorer it doesn’t work. Hope that helps.
