    I meant which part of his picking hand, cause usually it’s a mixture of both. I keep bouncing back and fourth from using the left side of my palm to the right side. Not sure which way to go, not wanting to get any bad habits.

    Do you hold your pick the same way when your sweeping as you do for economy picking? and should you rest your elbow on the body while sweeping or just play free handing?

    I’m curious, since you can’t tell from those angles, whether is he resting his elbow on the body of the guitar or is his arm floating? I’m torn between the two techniques. Sometimes I’ll be playing and do it one way, then the next day i think it’s better the other. Anyone else have this dilemma?
