When playing accents in 3's, does anyone actually count 123 or is there an easier way?

If you're playing triplets I do it like one two THREE one two THREE. But single beats I'd do 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 but I also set the bpm faster then I need. Sonits probably 1 2 3 4 in the 1 through 8

I meant the accents on the third note while playing 8th and 16th notes. I just mess up when counting

Soundslice plays it in 120bpm, but I’d say you can move on when you understand the lesson and can play it at your own speed level. You can keep it in your practice or go back to it.
