Let's have a moment for those poor saps who spent a ton on tickets for 'The Final Tour.' They are meant to be going on a tour with Poison and Def Leppard, who will likely blow Motley off the stage, if Vince can improve his singing then it might be a good show. But I would only be going to that show for Leppard.

Honestly I get everyones hates for Vince. But atleast he makes up for it by allowing the crowd to fill in which is usually why people go to see bands. I know I sing every word. Right along with the lead singer.

Mick mars is pretty damn flawless though considering his conditions. And his fingers can still fly! Guys still making music too. They all are. I dont think they planned to come back but the band want what they want. Why not when they all are still out there. And I can guarantee its not money because that film they made is probably making them tons lol.

Did ANYONE listening to this shit in the 80s think for ONE FUCKING MINUTE that Motley Crue, Poison, and Ozzy would even still be ALIVE in 2020?

And Def Leppard? Jesus, that band is cursed. I love their deep album cuts (singles not so much), but the luck? Even them being alive is amazing. I remember when Rick lost his arm. I remember when Steve died too young. That band has SUFFERED for their fame. I'm in. I'll go.

The problems with Vince's voice would be fine, if you weren't paying arena/stadium level gigs. Plus, Mick's solo album is what, over a decade in the making? He was meant to be doing some songs with John Corabi, but that never happened. Honestly, get Corabi, who can still sing, back.

Well, to be fair, Leppard doesn't even have any of the original guitarists who played on the most respected albums.

Well, to be fair, Leppard doesn't even have any of the original guitarists who played on the most respected albums.

To me (as a fan starting in 83), Lep were always better when they weren't chasing a hit. If I never hear tripe like Pour Some Sugar on Me again, I'll be VERY HAPPY, but that same album (Hysteria) has some great tracks on it - God of War, Run Riot, and even Don't Shoot Shotgun are all decent tunes. Euphoria had Paper Sun and Kings of Oblivion. Adrenalize had White Lightning and Tear it Down - they can still write good songs when they're not chasing hits, and that's what's always frustrated me about Def Leppard, and why I gave up on them long ago.

I'll go see them, but they keep chasing their perfect album, thinking it was Hysteria. It wasn't. It was Pyromania.
