I just watched through the lesson again, and he makes no reference here to a document or diagram, but he is repeatedly referring to the shapes of the pentatonic box and the CAGED system, so a review of Lesson 20 (Overview of the Pentatonic Scale) and Lesson 23 (Overview of the CAGED System) might be a good place to start!
