Can'r create Riff

Hi,
I am unable to load any video (youtube or vimeo) on the community riffs page.
It keep requesting me to verify my account, but the connection with google returns Error500
Anyone in the same situation?
Any solutions?

Hey there! Make sure that you use the link that would be what we see on the search bar and not the ‘share’ link that comes up after you upload your video.
For example:
Use this http://www.youtube.com/yourawesomevideo
Not this: youtu.be.654 whatever follows that

So, I’ve tried all the suggestions, nothing works
I’ve also written to the admnin, today I received a reply to update my account. I did so, it worked fine, but the problem with uploading it’s still there.

It may sound a bit silly but maybe you should try another browser Stefi.

Hi, It’s not a silly option, I also tried IE as browser, thinking the same. But still error message…

Hey there Stefi! I got confirmation yesterday from an admin that they are aware of the problem and are working on it
Feel free to post riffs in the forum topic for the time being
