Diminished chords are formed by using the diminished triad. Depending on the form you're using on a guitar, that particular triad may or may not be present. Let's take a look at the Bdim chord, the last chord which we needed to learn from the C major scale.
There are 2 basic forms for this chord. The first one is this:
