Cleaning strings

What do you guys use to clean your strings and how often? I recently bought Dunlop 65 string cleaner and conditioner and want to know how to use and if guys use it also or have an alternative way of cleaning strings

I just use wipe them with a piece of cloth (no water no nothing)

I just wiped them with a paper towel. You would be suprised how much dirt there is after a month or two of playing. Also I always wash my hands before playing just to keep it as clean as possible.

I rarely clean them and when i do i use Ernie ball wonder wipes

I never clean them actually. I just wash my hands before playing, but that’s because I don’t like playing guitar with greasy fingers.
