Does anybody know how I can get ahold of Syn? I ordered something and it got shipped back and I need it refunded/reshipped and I haven't received anything back after 4 emails and it has been over a month....

Can you send me the email that you use? I'm in a similar situation where getting ill due to the pandemic and needing to either see if I can get a refund or at least cancel my premium subscription. I also have not been able to get some of the perks that it mentioned but my health is much more important right now. So any information you can provide I would greatly appreciate it I will try and do the same!
