He’s been a teacher for ages and has a wealth of knowledge and hah seems like an all around nice dude! I see a lot of posts on here about developing your picking hand, building speed, developing endurance, decreasing tension as you play..these exercises will help with all those. So if you have an extra ten minutes, check out the video! And if you have some extra time after that, browse through his channel! I’m sure you’ll find something to benefit your playing in more ways than one!

This is reaaallyy useful, I have had problems with picking and endurance in the past( mainly why i often use my left hand completely for fast runs) so this is really beneficial, Cheers!

Anybody been doing this? I’m up about 40 bmp just doing it for a little over a week. 3 minutes seems like a decade though lol

I actually started yesterday. It’s tough to do for 3 minutes straight. I’m at 160bpm. We’ll see how quickly I can up that.
