Did Syn get the vote on best guitarist?

I’m asking this cuz I am seeing things that Jimi Hendrix got it. And don’t get me wrong I love his work. But I hope @syn got it.

Syn should have gotten it. I like Jimmy Hendrix but I feel like he is waaayy over rated

Since it’s a popularity test, it’s obvious that Jimi or Jimmy would be at the top. both of them are amazing guitarists. but it’s also true that many of the voters are just listeners, they might not understand the true art of guitar playing. Not all listeners (including non musicians get it right). Otherwise Syn would have been ranked way way higher.

I still personally believe that The position he got was pretty impressive! I mean when you put it in retrospect he was up there amongst all these greats that had over 30 years of experience under their belt. Selling multi platinum records for decades on end and selling out stadiums for decades on end. They are all household names that even if you are not a guitarist, everyone knows who you are. I think it’s really awesome that he was up there so high with all those people considering he’s really young compared to all of those people. It just goes to show you really how impressive his skills and his musicianship really are!

Instead of looking at the people who ended higher than him let’s focus on the people below him. There are some really big names there so I think it’s totally awesome! Besides that I can’t pick a best player of all time to begin that. I will probably just name a bunch of different people across a bunch of different genres.
