Bar 311, and the "Rhythm Guitar 2 (Clean). It's transcribed for a drop D guitar, but I would virtually guarantee it was played and recorded in standard tuning, because it definitely lays better that way, so transpose the bottom string a whole step (6th fret becomes 4th, etc) and you're golden. I played through it and it's pretty solid.
As with most acoustic parts, start by getting the chords and strumming pattern under your fingers where you can play along to the part of the song. From there, you can filter in the embellishments to whatever degree you wish.
