    What’s up guys and dolls? I’ve noticed roughly three posts about having issues getting verified, posting riffs at all (even with the new method) accessing the lessons, and I’ve received numerous messages on Instagram about other issues. If you are experiencing ANY issues with the site, please leave your comment below and PLEASE DESCRIBE what steps you tried to do to fix it. It will help me attempt to trouble-shoot it better. I’m also going to create a new account (I was going to do this once but the hackers happened) so I can list out the proper NEW steps to get verified because they have slightly changed.
    I know some of you have attempted to contact the admins at their email address to no avail yet. Please bear in mind that the team is consistently busy with things we can’t even begin to imagine, and they DO try to get back to us as soon as they can. So you can all rest assured that they’re not brushing you under the carpet
    I’m sorry it took me a few days to really get this going. My life has gotten pretty busy lately.
    Your Weekly Advice: Keep being badasses. The #teachingsyn project has REALLY got this community sparked in ways I can’t describe and it’s unbelievably awesome! That’s all I got. You all are fucking awesome!

    Hi,
    We’ve already spoken before about the problems I’ve been having trying to get verified and uploading riffs.
    I’m using social connect with my Facebook, but it won’t let me with google, it kerps saying that there is an error with the page no matter which browser i do this step on. So it’s all going round in a vicious circle at the moment haha
    I hope this can get sorted soon, as it will be great when we can all use this great school to it’s full potential again

    Hello Adam! I made a new account to go through the steps to see what I got. I too, linked my profile to Facebook and tried to upload a video. It didn’t work as it still said I needed to verify my account. I remember having to do this with Google as well when I first started. However, I am not getting an error message, the page simply just doesn’t load. I tried with all five Gmail accounts I have and not one works.
    So I’ll report this as well as I still can’t get my account verified.
    HOWEVER, you can click on your profile and I believe it was under the settings “Edit profile”. If you go down, you should see something that says “request verification”. If you click that, a request to be verified will be sent to the admins. If you can’t find it, let me know and I’ll be glad to walk you step by step. Until then, I’ll write the admins as well and let them know this is a problem.
    For the time being, you are more than welcome to upload your riffs in the forum section. When there was still a bug being worked out, many students did it this way

    I also noticed that the links you gave to your social media pages are broken. Make sure you used the correct links for them. If you used the correct one, I’ve noticed this with other people’s profiles as well and I may have to address this as well. Thanks for being so understanding and patient. We’ll get this figured out for you

    Thanks for the quick reply!
    I’ve already clicked on the request verification button, i did so about 2 weeks ago. But, as you mentioned, my social media links are broken? Hmm, that’s strange. I’ll check them again and retry, but I’m sure i put the correct ones in…

    Wow… I’m so sorry that you’ve been having this issue for so long! I’ll get this resolved ASAP.
