Hi, so I have bought myself a bunch of guitar tools so I don’t spend tons of money in the future. My Les Paul and Stratocaster were easy but I’m on my Dinky and now it’s a tad bit confusing. It’s a JS22 so it has a compound radius of 12”-16” and I’m wondering when doing the action from the bridge saddles do I do it from the 12” at the nut or the 16” near the 12th fret?

Stick to the 12th fret overall - it's about the middle of the "bow" between bridge and nut, and that's always going to be at the 12th fret - that's just math.
