Help With Eleven rack Guitar tone?

I can’t seem to get a adequate Guitar tone I Know it can be done as I have a friend that does guitar covers and gets amazing tone only downside is he doesn’t share his tone with me. I need a guitar tone for my electric and acoustic guitar, I know it can be done to amazing standards but I seem to fail. Can anyone help.

I own an eleven rack and have gotten some pretty good tones out of it but I have a hard time loving it. I also own a Kemper and it’s way better than an eleven rack but I still have a hard time loving the digital stuff. I love it for easy recording but it’s really hard to beat a tube amp. For me there is still some kind of magic in the tube amps but that could just be my head.
