The last thing I do when I finish a song is give it a name because I have no idea what to call it. I just call it something random and go with it. I always liked how Deadmau5 names his songs and albums like "Random Album Title", "For Lack of a Better Name", "Album Title Goes Here", "W://2016Album/". There's a funny Deadmau5 anecdote where one of his songs didn't have a name and they were about to publish his album, so he got a call from his manager or whoever and he told him: "One of your songs is titled Track 02. You need to name it right this second!" and Deadmau5 said:" Alright, name it Right This Second" and he hung up. And now he has a song called "Right This Second".
The name doesn't really matter unless you call it "Shit balls" then your song might not perform so well
If nothing inspires me in the moment when it's done, I'll sit with it a few days until something does. If that NEVER happens, I usually have a Note file with random goofy names I've come up with, and I'll pick one from that. At present, I DON'T have one of those because I haven't written in forever, but I imagine some ideas will hit me over the holidays.
