I’m watching this Rick beato video right now and it is confusing me a little bit
I’m used to taking everything from the major scale (for example stairway to heaven would be Vi|V|IV) like the I chord is always the I chord in your scale and since I consider natural minor as the sixth mode of the relative major I refer to the Natural minoresources i chord as being the Vi chord. However, Rick refers to the I chord as i (meaning minor) this would make stairway to Heaven i|VII|VI and this is confusing me a bit right now. Am I wrong with thinking that way or is it simply a ‘both are right’ kinda thing?
