My goodness, this was a pain.

A tad sloppy, but I didn’t really think I’d have anything put together fast enough, and I tried to play the entire thing with my pinky which is not my strong suit. I focused on two licks I sorta created out of two starting points of the scale on G. Then I just made them into triplets. I’d make a video explaining what I did more but I dont have an interface set up to record both my guitar and me lol.

So it’s Tuesday so that technically means it is time for a new backingtrack However, I noticed that nothe everyone has done their improv for last week so maybe we should wait for a bit with the new backingtrack. What do you guys think?

sayonil, I think you should choose this week’s improve challenge. I’ll do next weeks because honestly I haven’t looked into the back tracks yet and I’d rather you guys tell me which ones to do cause I feel its more fun to push myself that way. First video came together much faster then I thought it would, so I feel it’ll only get better from there. And when others are ready to join us they can come in at any time. Even if its just us three I feel we will definitely push each other.

Alrighty have some ideas. Since my overtime was cancelled last weekend, its the same thing for me. I’ll do my best to get this done this week but I wont get lucky like I did last weekend with an ice storm. The good thing is I have one half of this down its a matter or getting the other side down pat too. Hope others feel encouraged to join us.

I like this one because its slow paced.. more melodic. I know you said my last video lacked that so well see how this one goes. I have a good idea on the C side of the caged system, its the D chord I’m gonna need to work on this weekend. I’ll hopefully get some early hours this weekend. I think I’m gonna do some of it tonight too.
