There seem to be some people here whin are interested in learning gypsy jazz so I figured I may share some sources. The first one is Robin Nolan. He killed da teaches in a way that there is not many theory involved and he rocks at it. You can also get his songbooks which actually aren’t straight up books like here you have the notes but also give tips how to properly play them and it comes with a cd with backing tracks.
For the people who feel comfortable improvising over backingtracks you can get some great backingtracks for free made by Dennis Chang. He als has a package with like 60 backingtracks including improvisation tips.
And then you have a guy called Yaakov hoter who also offers some free courses on arpeggios, chords and technique.
These is mostly free stuff. There’s also some pretty cool payed stuff at the places I mentioned
Hope this helps anyone interested in learning gypsy jazz!
