Log in trouble on pc

Just got my new laptop in and i cannot sign in to sgs for nothing. Its not accepting my password. Even after ive changed it

Login issues, where you’re able to log in elsewhere – sorry to say – are almost always BUAK – between user and keyboard. What’s the error message you’re getting?

I can login on my phone. With the same info im putting in the computer. Its just bringing up the login page again

@ed do you use chrome or internet explorer?

I use Firefox, but I run all 4 major browsers. It’s fine in Firefox, Edge, and Chrome, but in IE11, the login screen just refreshes and it doesn’t work. That’s interesting, and something worth reporting to the site dude.

I finally got it. I had to use chrome lol
