Aright, I think I got it. So over all the chords one can play the blues scale of the I chord, and also the mixolydian mode of all the chords (for instance A mixolydian over the A, D mixolydian over the D parts and E mixolydian over the E parts). But on top of that during the I and V chord one can play their major pentatonic version....Hot damn...this is nice.
