Massive Site Issue For Me

Hey everyone! Am I the only one not able to access the site directly? It’s been going on all day. Every time I enter the address it says “page not found”. I’m clearly entering it in right as I have auto fill settings on and I’ve double-checked it. But I got an email about a new forum topic and I was able to click the link, sign in, read my notifications, etc.

Yes, I can do all of this. I just can’t access the website by typing it in like http://www.syngates.com
I have to go through an email’s hyperlink it’s how I came here to see if anyone responded

The other day when I imed you about having issues getting to the site that’s what popped up. Maybe they were adding to the home page!

Hey Jak,
Off the top of my head — I think the issue is how the site handles redirects from *http* to *https* — if you type in https://www.syngates.com — it works for, amirite?

Two things:
1) can you click on the “Details” link in the page and show me what it says please. Another video would be great.
2) can you go into incognito or private mode, and then type in the URLs please

When I type in https://syngates.com it works perfectly fine for me.

Try typing it without the www
So https://syngates.com
If you look at the link in the e-mail update you Will notice it’s the same.

Yes I actually displayed that working in my video. I used to be able to type it normally but I can’t anymore. I guess things have just changed Thanks so much for the help

I have the site saved as a bookmark and the url is http://www.syngates.com and when i click on it i get the same message as Jak
“This page isn’t working http://www.syngates.com redirected you too many times.
Try clearing your cookies.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS”
if i type http://syngates.com or https://syngates.com it works but it takes some time to load.

Unless you type in the website in a specific way it won’t work. It only works if you type it exactly the way Ids said to type it.
