Alright guys, let’s work that pinkie! This is an exercise I developed that works on the stretching aspect, the strength aspects, finger separation and dexterity all-in-one exercise! I hope you guys like it. I suggest you doing it slowly to not overwork your muscles and to really make sure that you’re being deliberate and doing pull offs and hammer ons the way they are supposed to be done. Even spending 5 minutes A-day doing this, it loosened up my fingers and seemed to wake up the nerve response and they didn’t feel so lazy. I hope you guys enjoy it
