Practice Strategy?

One of my biggest struggles is a practice strategy.
I’ve managed to get into a rut. With access to so much great learning material, I am in a phase of paralysis by analysis. I do not know what to practice when. About the only thing I have down to a ritual, is the warm up.
Who has a codified practice plan that has been useful for your learning curve?

I try to simply pick multiple things I want to learn and schedule a curtain amount of time each dynamische to work on those points. In general I pick more than one thing I wanna work on because I like to Change it up.
