Hi everyone,
I’m looking for help with a cab pack I ordered from the Synyster Gates School’s Store as a gift for my boyfriend.
Not knowing how cab packs work, I was expecting to receive a phisical box at first (as you can see from the store’s images), so I didn’t bother to check the mail I got when my order was confirmed.
3 days later I checked my mailbox again (as I thought I’d have found some updates on the shipping methods) and I noticed there was a link. When I tried to open it, unfortunately, it had already expired; so for a misunderstanding I couldn’t manage to download my order.
Now it’s been two weeks I’ve been trying to contact the Customer Support via mail (fully compiling an RMA module) with no result whatsoever, so I wanted to ask you people if you’ve ever experienced something similar and if u could suggest me what to do in order to get another working link for the product I purchased.
