I just found this article on productivity in a music studio. I read through it real quick and there are definitely some very useful points in there that can be used for whatever tasks you have to do on a day. Especially organizing your time is very useful, just as turn off your phone/notifications and set times for breaks.
As far as working on music production goes I'm still going through courses when I feel like it(I think I'm at the point of learning how to make a drum and bass beat right now but I'll save that for tomorrow).
