Schecter got back to me on a custom revenger

As youd imagine they said its doable. But there cant be a quote until I spec it. The issue is the order form they gave me has tons more details then any spec site has. I’m looking for someone who can wall me through the difference between some specs I dont understand. I’d imagine all you need to supply is the pics that show examples of each spec difference. Most is body shapes and sizes. I will be doing this via PMS from either Instagram or fb. Let me know if you can help.

I’d be happy to answer anything guitar-related that I can, but I am not a Schecter guy – I’ve owned one, and it was a 7 string Omen. I sold it because in six years I had it, I almost never played it.

Well the first one is the neck.. its either a angled heel or an ancient heel. I think its angled. But Google’s pics are just showing ancient guitars lol

That should be for the headstock, and the “ancient” is the “classic fender” style, that requires a clip for the B and e strings. You want angled.

That’s what I thought. But wanted confirmation first. The others are literally like body 3/4 compared to others. I think it’s like.. the different sides of the body but since this is my first custom all these details are so new to me. Hopefully I dont need to do this again. Lol

You should also be able to work through the sheet with someone at Schecter who can pull up the spec sheet on your year and model Revenger and help you out. Customs aren’t cheap, and don’t be afraid to ask for help.

Yeah i may take that route if they are willing to give me a hand. I did supply the receipt for them but maybe they knew I’d know all this stuff. The model was so basic I cant see how its be difficult finding the archives. And on top that I’m not even sure they still make Duncan design pick ups.

The pickups shouldn’t be too hard to source on Reverb or EBay – most players replace stock pickups unless they’re already special in the model.

I already found them they are 84 dollars pretty cheap
