very nicely done, i do have somethings i want to point out though
on the first verse its purely acoustic guitar and on the second verse the clean electric guitar enters, but id recommend that you lower down the levels on the electric guitars because it swallows the other instruments.
on the interlude i feel like its missing some notes and i feel like you should lower the volume of the ghost notes in that part (the part that harmonizes), i really liked the piano part you added there(i feel like that on the original song would make it better) but i think it needs to be lower than the guitar and the strings,or at the same level
and at the solo part you should make the acoustic guitar louder

The first verse has electric clean guitar the part were matt says “never feared for anything” your right about the interlude I did miss out at the end like the c chords finger plucking.

sounds so nice. For me, there are not much differences. Good job. I did not realise until now how beautiful the backing track sounds just without the vocals. It is a song in itself.
