So, there’s something I wanted to be absolutely clear about for while. Basically, I’m not easy with giving compliments in whatever aspect of what you’re doing(it can be guitar playing, you’re personality or whatever you’re doing in live in general). So, if I give I give you a compliment on you’re playing(or whatever you’re doing), please be damn sure I like what you’re doing and post more of it!
Please feel encouraged to post your riffs here, I will notice all the good thing about it(also the bad but hey constructive criticism you know) ND give you feedback on it!
Also, please when I have ever given you a compliment, please take them to heart because I absolutely meant them!
Yes, I just gave you a slight glimpse of my personality, wait until you meet me

Jaylen quite literally check out the forum topic I’ve had up for about a week now that’s just right above this one I’ve been asking students to let me know if their account needs verification so i can take care of this for them. If you are subscribed on your profile for newsletters AND forum posts you should have gotten an email notification about it. I’ll verify your account for ya right now buddy!
Ids – we all need criticism over compliments sometimes. Compliments build us up but criticism builds us better. Too often people have very fragile egos and they can’t take criticism. Why, I had to actually BEG people for a while on here to give me criticism. It’s like, “Yes, thanks for telling me I’m doing great, but you’re not telling me what I’m doing WRONG.” And then we all wonder why we never get where we want to go. Being rude is one thing, being helpful is another thing. I’d love to see this school enhance our abilities to take constructive criticism a bit further. Maybe it’s something we all can work towards.

Jak-I mostly live by the ‘if you have nothing nice to say just say nothing at all’ Moto. So I’m never rude, or never have the intention to be rude even though it sometimes might come across that way.
Matt-I agree! Constructive criticism is always with the intention of helping people!
Jaylen-If you want to you can also just post a link to the YouTube video here. I’ll check out your riffs!
