Syn Etude Legato Videos Not Loading?

Are the legato videos working for anyone else? The backing tracks work for me on all. But on Legato I and VI I've tried playing the actual videos and they just load forever and never come up.

I just tied I and VI and they’re working for me. that’s definitely odd.
I’ve had the issue in the past though where I’ve accidentally toggled the video off. Try clicking here and making sure it’s on video

Works for me. You probably nailed it last time so video doesn't load anymore

Yeah that's what I did originally. It still doesn't work. It's only on the legato etudes. Could it be a browser issue? I'm on Firefox

Maybe caching in browser. Try incognito mode if exists on Firefox

I tried both things and still not working. It's been like this for a few minutes. I'll try a different browser
