If you look at the bottom of the lesson screen, you will see a box named "3 Recordings / Video". If you click on that, you will see the jam tracks. Select one of them and hit the play button. Hope this helps.

Yes, effectively all the modes are the same notes but a different tone center. A different I chord so to speak.

For example G - D - Em - C would be in G Ionian

D - Em - C - G would be in D mixolydian.
