My producer says the chords are on time. They sound in time for the first sequence but after when it comes again, to me, it sounds off. It's made me have a low mood I was actually excited for this song, I think too much about it, and it's getting me down. damn!

They sound fine to me. You can easily check if they are on time by looking at the audio file and seeing if the attack of each chord starts exactly on the beginning of each bar. If it starts just a tiny bit before or after it doesn't matter cause you won't really notice that but if it's something more drastic then you have to change it. But again I think it sounds fine.

btw, the part from 0:32 to 0:39 is really nice
